Our offices are located at 100 E. South Street in downtown Charlottesville. Look for a large red brick building with a Wells Fargo Advisors sign at the far (east) end of South Street, between 1st and 2nd Streets SE. The CPA suite is on the top (third) floor. An elevator is available. We recommend that you park in the Water Street Parking Garage, which is located just a half-block from our building.

From the University of Virginia

Take University Avenue east toward the Downtown Mall, about 1 mile. University Avenue becomes Main Street. From the stoplight at the intersection with Ridge-McIntire, proceed east on either Water Street or South Street to the Water Street Parking Garage, a half-block from our office. Alternately, take the free Trolley from the University area to the Downtown Mall. Disembark at the Downtown Mall stop or in front of the Live Arts building and walk south across the open parking lot to our office in the Wells Fargo Advisors building.

From Interstate 64

Take the 5th Street exit north. Continue on 5th Street for about 2 miles, it will become Ridge Street. At the intersection with Main Street, take a right on to either Water Street or South Street. Proceed east to the Water Street Parking Garage, a half-block from our office.

From 29 North or the 250 Bypass

Take the 250 Bypass to McIntire Road. Turn south and proceed on McIntire Road for about 1 mile, up the hill and just past the Omni Hotel on your left. At the light at the intersection with Main Street, turn left on either Water Street or South Street and proceed east to the Water Street Parking Garage, a half-block from our office.

Parking

The Water Street Parking Garage is conveniently located at 200 E. Water Street, just a half-block from our office.  The first hour in the Water Street Garage is free; subsequently the rate is $1 per half-hour or portion thereof.  There is also parking available for $1 per hour in the open-air Water Street lot in front of our building, payable at the on-site automated pay station.
