NOTICE: Our practitioners have established individual policies in response to COVID-19. Please contact a provider directly to inquire about specific practice policies.
Each CPA therapist manages his or her own schedule. Please call the individual therapist(s) to ask about availability and making an initial appointment. The therapist may ask you a few questions over the phone to determine whether he or she might be helpful to you.
Therapists at CPA set their own fees and payment structures. All therapists accept cash and checks, and most therapists also accept credit cards. Please talk with your therapist about the forms of payment he or she accepts prior to making your first appointment. All fees, including insurance co-pays (if applicable), are due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made with your therapist. Questions about monies owed and receipts may be directed to our Office Manager, Tonya, at extension 100.
Each therapist at CPA has their own policies about cancellations and appointments missed without notice. Insurance does not cover fees for late cancellations or missed appointments. If such fees are assessed, payment is your responsibility.
All CPA therapists accept self-pay clients, and some are in-network with certain insurance plans. Please contact individual therapists directly for information about which, if any, insurance they accept. If your therapist is not in-network with your insurance, it may be possible for you to request out-of-network reimbursement for your care. Call your insurance company before your first appointment for more information. Insurance co-pays are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged with your therapist. Questions about benefits and billing may be directed to our Office Manager, Tonya, at extension 100.
